Welcome to SAU41's Purchasing information.  Our current and upcoming requests for proposals (RFP) or invitations to bid are listed below, along with associated documentation. Recently closed bids/RFPs and awarded vendor(s) are also listed below.

If you are interested in participating in an invitation to bid or a RFP, you must register with the District's Business Administrator, so we can provide you with any addendums or other notices prior to the date of opening.  Please provide your full contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address. Failure to register may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

Open and Future RFPs/Bids

SAU41 is working with the SPC Cooperative Bidding Process and is requesting competitive bids for copiers and printers district-wide. Vendors are being notified on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 and bid responses will be due by 5:00pm, Wednesday March 22, 2023. For information on the specifications and to respond to this bid, please work with the following contact:
